Conflict Resolution Strategies and Girls Group activities for elementary students to support problem solving skills
Use these activities and to help your students develop Social Skills, FRIENDSHIP, Conflict Resolution, and GIRLS RELATIONSHIPS. Looking for Character Education and conflict resolution ideas? No worries! This conflict resolution package comes with worksheets, lessons, activities, games and projects to engage your students in in self-reflection and conversations about what makes a good friend. I use it every year in my Girls Social Group and also with small groups of students that are having a hard time being kind to each other, especially that traditional group of clique girls. Every year I have a group of strong students who struggle learning to build each other up and to support each other, so I use these activities during our weekly friendship circles.
These conflict resolution scenarios are great for teaching students how to pay each other compliments, and to experience how nice it is to receive them. They also learn to fix (mend) each other's feelings using the prompts and visuals included.
Happy Teaching!
